During this period of downtime you will not be able to register any claims via the website, over the phone or on the masterTEC App, so make sure you retain details for any installations made during this time so you can register products from Monday 20 April.
In the meantime, you’ll have the opportunity to re-register for the NEW scheme from Tuesday 7 April. Lookout for an email and/or a postal communication which will explain what you need to do to re-register and qualify for a chance to win some great prizes!
